Question #1: What is the waiting time for your spree(s)?
Answer #1: 7~10 working days for Geo and 2~3 weeks for Dolly E.O.S. After payments transferred to supplier. (Provided if there's no delay caused)

Question #2: Where is your lenses made/came from?
Answer #2: It's made from Korea. We are getting directly from the main supplier in Korea. 

Question #3: I wish to cancel the orders I made.
Answer #3: Once order form is sent in, there is no way you can cancel your orders. You can change your orders but no cancelling is allowed.

Question #4: Can I order first and make my payments later on/once the lenses arrived?
Answer #4: No. No Payments = No Orders.

Question #5: Can I still change my degree?
Answer #5: Yes. But if the orders has been sent in to our supplier, there's no way you can change it.

Question #6: My lenses have a small cut/chip, what should I do?
Answer #6: Lenses is being DOUBLE-CHECKED before mailing out, there shouldn't be any problem with the lenses. If you have already opened the vial, we won't be able to exchange it for you. (For hygiene issue).

Question #7: Can I contact you through SMS?
Answer #7: Yes but dont always asap reply.

Question #8: I have not receive my parcel, I opted for Normal Postage. What should I do?
Answer #8: Try waiting for a few days more. We wrote our address behind the parcel, so if the address is wrong, the parcel should be bounced back to us.
